Ingredients:
3 oz Navy beans; cooked
3 oz Basmati rice; cooked
1 1/2 oz Butternut squash; cubed
1 1/2 oz Onion; chopped
1 1/2 oz Raisins
1 tb Safflower oil
1/2 ts Thyme
1/2 ts Garlic; minced
1/2 ts Salt
Methods:
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Set on stove over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir occasionally. Serve at room temperature.
