Pat's Potato Stew


Ingredients:

1 1/4 c  Onion; chopped
1/4 c  Water
1 Celery stalk; chopped
2 c  Potatoes; cubed
1/4 c  Carrots; sliced
1/2 c  Cabbage; shredded
1/2 c  Kale; chopped
1/2 c  Water
1 Garlic clove; minced
1/2 ts Salt, or to taste
1/2 ts Paprika

Methods:

Cook onion in water over low heat for 25 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
